The Best Western Merry Manor Inn features over 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting space along with 153 deluxe guest rooms. Over the past several years the hotel has hosted hundreds of state, regional and national conventions and over 20 military reunions since 1998. We have also handled conferences for the VFW, AMVETS, American Legion and Disabled American Veterans groups.
Banquets at the Best Western Merry Manor Inn are prepared by our Restaurant, that seats over 150 guests. It is famous for its home-cooked meals, large portions, low prices and the finest dessert selection in southern Maine. The hotel owns or has access to all of the most modern audio/visual equipment that you may need to make your presentation a success. Meeting Rooms:
The Governor’s Ballroom, opened in 1998, ia a three-tiered ballroom with a view of our new courtyard and pool area. The room, which is equipped with a built-in stage, dance floor and sound system, offers a refreshing break from the standard “four walls and a ceiling “ballroom that most hotels offer.
The Legislative Ballroom, which can be broken down into three smaller rooms (Republican, Democratic, and Independent), offers great breakout space for corporate meetings.
The Cabinet Room, with its fully functional fireplace, is the perfect spot for cozy meetings on crisp fall or cold winter days.
The Board Room, is a perfect room for board meetings or for groups that wish to meet and dine from our regular menu.
